This programme is aimed at those who feel stuck; the client feels that life is no longer satisfying or fulfilling but doesn’t know but feel unable to do anything about it. Coaching takes a holistic approach helping you to explore your whole life and evaluate how each part affects the ‘whole’ in positively moving your life forward. We look at your values, sense of balance, fulfillment and life purpose to help you find the true meaning and purpose to all you do. During the process, you will learn who you are, how you operate, how you get stuck and how you get moving. We then help you build goals around these discoveries and support you in taking more action, making better decisions and more fully using your natural strengths.

Transition is usually experienced as a process as identified by author William Bridges.
